When you need a good hearty soup to warm you2 cups uncooked noodles (preferably whole-wheat)
from the inside out, try this Beefy Goulash Soup with2 cups very thinly sliced cabbage
Caraway Seeds.  This German inspired soup is greatIn a nonstick Dutch oven or large pot, heat the oil over
for lunch or add a salad and some crusty bread ormedium heat.  Add the meat to the hot oil and brown
